USED EQUIPMENT CANNOT BE RETURNED. OUR MEDICAL SANITATION POLICY DICTATES THAT USED EQUIPMENT CANNOT BE RETURNED.
Before using out product, please inspect the product and determine the suitability of intended use prior to installation.
If you are unsatisfied with our product, you have 9 business days to return the unused equipment for a full refund. Please call (715) 752-4840, between the hours of 9am to 5pm CST, to request a return authorization number. We will need the following information:
1) The reason for the return
2) Your name
3) Purchase date and purchase order number (if applicable)
4) Copy of the sales receipt as proof of purchase.
Please return in the original box, and tape it securely. Please print the return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package on the lower left side. Orders returned without a return authorization number will not be processed. You will be given a partial credit if items are missing.
A 20% restocking fee applies if product is returned after 9 business days of your receiving your order. Product is unreturnable after 30 days of your receiving your order.
We do not refund shipping and handling charges, and customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Seller's obligation is limited to replacement of parts proved to be defective. Misuse and/or improper installation voids replacement policy, and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.
