COMPANY RETURN POLICY:
RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER IS REQUIRED WITH ORDERS PLACED DIRECT WITH PLAYAWAY TOY CO., INC.
USED EQUIPMENT CANNOT BE RETURNED.
OUR MEDICAL SANITATION POLICY DICTATES THAT USED EQUIPMENT CANNOT BE RETURNED.
BEFORE USING, CUSTOMER SHALL INSPECT AND DETERMINE THE SUITABILITY OF THE PRODUCT FOR INTENDED USE PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
SELLER'S OBLIGATION IS LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OF PARTS PROVED TO BE DEFECTIVE.
MISUSE AND/OR IMPROPER INSTALLATION VOIDS REPLACEMENT POLICY, AND USER ASSUMES ALL RISK AND LIABILITY WHATSOEVER IN CONNECTION THEREWITH.
If you are unsatisfied with our product, you have 9 days to
return the unused equipment for a full refund.

authorization number.
Please provide the following information:
- The reason for the return
- Your name and telephone number
- Purchase date and purchase order number (if applicable)
Orders
returned without a return authorization number will NOT be processed.
You will be given a partial credit if items are missing or NO credit if items have been used.
Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address provided and include:
- Copy of the original sales receipt as proof of purchase.
- Return in the original box, and tape shut securely.
- Print the Return Authorization number on the front lower left side of the package.
A 20% restocking fee applies if product is returned after 9 days of receiving order.
Product is nonreturnable after 30
days of receiving your order.
We do not refund shipping and handling charges, and customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
We do not refund processing fees involved with placing an order.
